Umbilical knots are common in pregnancies as babies move around in the womb. If they are loosely tied, there aren't any problems at all. But if they get pulled tight, it cuts off the baby's oxygen and nutrients and could result in a pregnancy loss. This family was lucky to have no issues of the sort and were able to bring home a healthy baby boy.
