Emma Sealey, from English city of Redich, was so obese she could not buckle the seat belts in her car. Today, thanks to this diet and daily exercise, Emma weighs 125 kilograms less. The most important thing is that no surgical procedure was made.

This woman of 35 years, was convinced she would die before 40, because of her excessive weight. At the time she weighed 181 kilograms.

Despite the pleas of their loved ones to go see your doctor and ask for a gastric reduction, she chose a healthier way to lose weight.

She wore clothes size 36, and in two years she managed to replace her old clothes a with new ones with a size 8. Now she weighs 56.7 kilograms!

Emma realized that she couldn’t walk to the car, and even when she managed to climb in the car, she could not wear the seat belt. And every time she weighed, she felt disgusted with herself.

Emma began to gain weight in her childhood, when her best friend died, and began to eat more because food made her feel good. She visited her doctor in hopes that he will sent her to a center for reducing body weight.

When she visited her doctor for the first time after many years, Emma weighed. The doctor did not say anything, she immediately knew she had to lose weight as soon as possible or would die before the age of 40 years.

Before starting her weight loss regime, Emma normally did not ate breakfast, but for lunch, ate sausage, cheese and fried potatoes with onions, and for dinner usually eat chicken with curry and rice with bread. Her favorite food was chocolate.

During her regime of weight loss, she usually ate cereal with skim milk for breakfast. At lunch a tuna sandwich on whole wheat bread, while for dinner there was usually boiled fish and fresh vegetables. And she replaced the chocolate with apples, pears, strawberries and oranges.

Little by little she began losing six kilos per month. In addition to proper nutrition, Emma began training regularly with a personal trainer, and when the weather was nice, began running and cycling.

She says she now has more confidence and is very proud of herself for having lost 125 kilos. Currently, she loves walking by the windows and see the reflection of her figure.
