Mom on TikTok Alleges Her Son Was Sexually Assaulted at School & Nobody Told Her

A mom from New Jersey is hoping to raise awareness after another student at her son’s school allegedly assaulted him. Mika Ann, who goes by @geminikatz610 online, recently went viral for the video she shared of a conversation she had with her son’s principal when she confronted him about the alleged sexual harassment and accused the school of hiding what happened.

The video focuses on a recent conversation Mika had with her son’s principal.

The mom can be heard from behind the camera, and in the video she claimed that another child grabbed her son’s rear and told him “he’s going to rape him.”

“We’re still doing, kind of, our investigation,” the principal, who was not named, said in the footage from January 31. “We’re trying to see what we’re going to do with this child and the parent, so it’s not fair ...” he added before the mom cut him off.

“So his parent was informed about this?” she asked.

“Mhmmm,” the principal told her, nodding his head to affirm that they had been informed.

“Through who? The school?” she asked.

The principal again told the mom that they were in the middle of the investigation and evaded telling her who told the other child’s parents what happened.

“You didn’t inform me about it,” she responded. “My child informed me about both situations that happened in this school.”

Someone off camera then tells the mom to “calm down.”

Mika later clarified that it was her mother who said it because she was concerned that Mika, who is pregnant, was getting herself too upset.

"I'm pregnant and high risk and she didn't want me all worked up," she wrote in the comments.

Mika went on to again explain that she was upset that nobody from the school informed her about the alleged harassment.

“You let somebody sexually assault my child,” she charged. “Grabbing his a-- is sexually assaulting him. This is sexually assaulting him. And then telling him that he’s gonna rape him?”

The principal agreed that it was “inappropriate,” but Mika was upset that the child apparently hadn’t been taken out of school.

The video ends after the two sit in an uncomfortable silence and Mika asked him “How long the investigation’s going to be today?”

People in the comments section were enraged by what happened.

"Call CPS the cops the news and sue them," one commenter urged.

"You inform one set of parents, you inform BOTH sets. Full stop. Completely inappropriate," another commenter added.

"My blood is boiling this man's total lack of compassion for you and your son," a third commenter wrote.

It’s unclear how old Mika’s child is or the age of the student who allegedly assaulted him.

Sexual harrassment is common for kids even as young as elementary age, according to the Equal Rights Advocates.

“Numerous studies, stories, and legal cases confirm the reality of peer-on-peer and teacher-on-child sexual harassment, assault, and abuse among children of this age,” the website states.

The organization notes that under Title IX, children have the right to have “their report of sexual harassment or assault taken seriously and investigated within a reasonable timeframe.”

Later in the thread, the mom swore she wasn't going to rest until she had some answers.

"Honestly this principle seems like a quack," she wrote in the comments. "But trust and believe I will not stop until something is done. I should have been notified by the school."

She also shared that she notified police of what happened and filed a report. She wrote that she was confused as to why the school took the stance that it did.

"I don't get why they allow these kids back in school," she wrote. "They are put[ting] everyone's children at risk. God forbid something else happen."

But she won't let her son's school's reluctance to get involved hold her back.

"Trust me, I'm not stopping until something is done," she added.
